Terms & Conditions (WaterMoon )

By booking a service with WaterMoon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

WaterMoon provides professional massage services, including Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, and Lomi Lomi Massage. Treatments are available at our studio, at your home, or at another agreed location.

2. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance.

An appointment is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation from WaterMoon.

Please attend with clean skin and good personal hygiene. A shower before your appointment is recommended, especially after exercise, physical work or outdoor activities. Please avoid applying large amounts of lotion, oil or other products before your massage.

3. Payment

New clients are required to pay the full treatment fee in advance to secure their appointment.

Payment may be made:

By bank transfer in advance; or
In cash at the appointment.

Unless payment has been made in advance or otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after the massage session.

4. Cancellation Policy
New Clients

The full prepayment will be refunded if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Returning Clients

Returning clients are not required to prepay and may pay at the appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

WaterMoon reserves the right to require advance payment for future appointments from clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Health Information

We care about your health and safety. Inform us before your massage about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medication or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. 

Please tell us in advance if you have or recently experienced:

• Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
• Recent surgery or medical procedures
• Recent injuries, fractures, sprains or severe pain
• Open wounds, bruises, burns or recent scars
• Skin infections, contagious skin conditions or unexplained rashes
• Fever, flu, COVID-19 or another contagious illness
• Cardiovascular or circulation problems
• High or very low blood pressure
• Blood-clotting problems or use of blood-thinning medication
• Severe osteoporosis or conditions affecting bones or joints
• Neurological conditions or reduced sensation
• Varicose veins or other conditions where massage pressure may be unsuitable
• Any condition for which your doctor has advised against massage
• Any other medical condition that you believe may affect the safety of massage 

If you have a known allergy, please tell us clearly before the treatment begins:

• Massage or essential oils
• Fragrances or perfumes
• Coconut or coconut-derived products
• Nuts or nut-derived ingredients
• Cosmetic or skincare products
• Other ingredients or strong smells

Please do not attend if you have a fever, contagious illness or are otherwise unwell. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. 

If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for you, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before booking.

6. Arrival

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

The full treatment fee will still apply.

7. Home Visits

For home visits, clients must provide:

sufficient space for the massage table;
a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.

In certain situations, identification may be requested for safety and security purposes.

8. Liability

Massage treatments provided by WaterMoon are intended for relaxation and general well-being and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

WaterMoon shall not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or health issue resulting from:

undisclosed medical conditions;
inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the client; or
failure to follow aftercare advice.

9. Right to Refuse Service

WaterMoon provides professional massage and wellness services only. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or behave in a sexual, threatening, abusive or discriminatory manner.

WaterMoon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if:

the therapist considers the treatment unsafe;
the client behaves in an abusive, inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful manner;
the therapist believes the treatment is unsuitable for the client’s condition.

Where a treatment is terminated due to the client’s behaviour, the full treatment fee remains payable.

Normaly, our standard massage service is available for clients aged 18–75.

Clients aged 10–17 may receive a massage only with prior parental or legal guardian consent and the parent/guardian present during the appointment.

We do not provide massage services to children under 10.

10. Changes to These Terms

WaterMoon reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
